Shipping Policy

1. Items will be posted out within 2 working days upon payment received via SingPost. 

2. We will not be responsible if your item is lost through normal postage.

3. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged during mail delivery. Premium Screen Protector will do its best to ensure that the items are well-packaged and protected during the course of delivery.

4. If any of the item ordered is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you via email, SMS, or phone.

5. Sing Post normal mail service does not provide tracking number to track your order. This service is provided as a cheaper way to deliver your item(s), use this service at your own risk.Seller will not be liable for normal delivery even if the goods are lost or damanged during delivery



 

Money Back Policy

 

1. Exchange or Refund can be done within 14 days after receiving the items for defective item only.


2. Seller will refund the original product purchase price less Shipping and handling fee incurred. Shipping and handling fee is non refundable.


3. Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.  Used item will not be accepted.


4. Buyer is to bear all the delivery charges for items return.(2 ways)


5. Where an item is found to be faulty, Premium Screen Protector will provide a replacement.
 
 6. Please email us at premiumscreenprotector@gmail.com for exchange of the defective items and for the Money back Guarantee.


7. Premium Screen Protector reserve the right to use any offline method to process the money back.
