Shipping Policy

1. Items will be posted out within 2 working days upon payment received via SingPost. 

2. We will not be responsible if your item is lost through normal postage.

3. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged during mail delivery. Premium Screen Protector will do its best to ensure that the items are well-packaged and protected during the course of delivery.

4. If any of the item ordered is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you via email, SMS, or phone.

5. We encourage you to choose registered postage to reassure the safe shipment of your items. 

 

Money Back Policy

 

1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 working days from the date of posting.

2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Premium Screen Protector will refund the original product purchase price less all postage fee incurred. Postage fee is non refundable.

3. The following fees and/or charges will not be refunded:

    * Delivery charges from Premium Screen Protector
    * Postage Cost to return the item to Premium Screen Protector

4. Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.  Used item will not be accepted.

5. Buyer is to bear all the delivery charges for items return.

6. Where an item is found to be faulty, Premium Screen Protector will provide a replacement.

8. Premium Screen Protector reserve the right to use any offline method to process the money back.
